18.Force Majeure

due to causes beyond its control including, but not limited to: earthquake; flood; fire; storm; natural disaster; act of God; epidemics; pandemics; war; terrorism; armed conflict; labor strike; lockout; boycott; supplier failures, shortages, breaches, or delays; or any law, order regulation, direction, action or request of the government. Both parties shall issue written documents for such force majeure and reach an understanding solution.

Gongpintech reserves the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Services, and to block or prevent your future access to, and use of, the Services.

20. dispute resolution; binding arbitration

If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
