To this end ,we've written the post to give you a first look and to ease some of your doubts. Below we will show our factory workshop in the form of pictures and videos.

This is a corner of our PCB production line. Mainly used to produce intelligent lighting control module PCB board, intelligent timer control module PCB board, electric meter PCB board, industrial control module PCB board. The production process is the same as that of other PCB boards, all need to use the film laminating machine, etching machine, punching machine, target- shooting machine, screen printing machine and other main equipment and solder paste printing equipment, reflow welding, wave welding and other auxiliary equipment.

These are the meters that are being functionally tested. In order to be able to deliver quality and compliance products to clients. Generally, we will carry out functional test on the electricity meters in the design stage and the production stage to ensure that the functions of our products are normally available. Product quality is the basis of our survival, customer satisfaction is the goal we always pursue. We will promote our cooperation with high quality products and reasonable price.

This is our finished product assembly line. Assembly line is mainly responsible for the assembly of self-designed PCB board and control module mold shell.The assembled lighting control module products will be transported to the packaging department for packaging and shipment after being inspected by electronic inspectors and appearance inspectors.

Our packaging is usually placed at the end of the finished product assembly line. When there are a lot of orders and the production is large, we will put them in the godown for packaging. Because our product series contains five different types of products, including intelligent lighting control module, intelligent switch panel, distribution box, electricity meter and industrial control module and other products, different production lines need to be coordinated during production. In order to avoid mixing packaging,we generally implement"one line one product one stacking area" rules. It means that a production line produces one kind of product and is placed in a specified area.
